How the Avicii Together waiting list handles your email address.

Who is responsible

Avicii Together Community runs the waiting list on this website. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].

What we collect

• Your email address, when you submit the waiting list form.
• The time of your signup and the IP address used to confirm it, so we can prove your consent.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website.

Why and on what basis

We use your email address only to send you a single message when Avicii Together opens. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you confirm the double opt-in email.

Double opt-in

After you submit the form, we send you a confirmation email. You are only added to the list, and we only contact you again, once you click the link in that email. If you never confirm, your address stays unconfirmed and is not used.

Who processes it

Your address is stored in a self-hosted listmonk instance operated by us on servers in the European Union. Confirmation and launch emails are delivered through Amazon Web Services SES (region eu-west-1, Ireland). We do not sell or share your address with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your address until we send the launch notification, or until you withdraw your consent. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent and request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting [email protected]. Unsubscribing from any email we send also removes you from the list.
